National Custodian Day was Saturday, October 1st. We are very lucky to have Mr J with us at Steel Academy! Join us in saying THANK YOU to Mr. J for keeping Steel Academy clean and healthy!! News this week from The Steel Grill culinary program includes students learning how to make snitzel, with pan sauteed pork tenderloin.
