Our Annual Thanksgiving luncheon was a success! Our culinary team did a fantastic job with food preparations and serving our champions and guest. The culinary students required specific knowledge to execute the tasks successfully. The menu consisted of, oven roasted chicken with onions and peppers, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, macaroni and cheese and rolls. Delicious!
